I’m Charlie, founder of Zlatý Food Solutions. My passion for fine food and culinary craft began early, inspired by my late Grandfather and shaped through international travel and experience working in Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.
Returning home to Aotearoa, I created Zlatý to share innovative, flavour-driven cuisine that celebrates fresh, local and seasonal produce, with a strong focus on native ingredients and sustainability.
At Zlatý, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint through recycled packaging, free-range ingredients, responsible waste practices and supporting local suppliers.
