I’m Charlie, founder of Zlatý Food Solutions.

Zlatý is built on a shared passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences. Our team brings together a range of skills and backgrounds, with experience gained in professional kitchens, large-scale events, and international culinary environments—including Michelin-starred restaurants across Europe.

Together, we are driven by a genuine love for what we do. From the early planning stages through to preparation, service, and event delivery, our team works closely to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. We believe great catering is about more than just food—it’s about the experience, the people behind it, and the care that goes into every dish.

Back home in Aotearoa, we take pride in showcasing fresh, seasonal produce and supporting local suppliers. Our menus are inspired by flavour, creativity, and a respect for the ingredients we work with, including a growing focus on native ingredients and sustainable practices.

At Zlatý, sustainability is part of how we operate every day—from responsible sourcing and free-range ingredients to recycled packaging and mindful waste practices.
